It's such a fabulous time to be in this little town!  

This weekend marks the kickoff of the holiday season and I couldn't be happier.  

Truth be told, I've been playing Christmas music in my house for a while now.

An Elephant In The Room

There's an elephant in my dining room.  

...in the form of my new elephant table.

And We're 4! ...sort of.

This weekend was G's 4th birthday!  

...but he wanted nothing to do with it.  

While we were in the car last week, G made the discovery that 

his actual birthday was not on parade day as it was last year.

And that didn't sit well.  

He insisted that it was not his birthday until the parade day.  

He even told everyone at church that it was NOT his birthday, 

his birthday is on parade day.  

So, yesterday we ate "non-birthday" cupcakes and sang 

"Happy Birthday" to our dog because it was not 

G's birthday.  

What a stinker!

Fall Fun

This little trip is quickly becoming my favorite fall tradition.

Take The Money and Run

Jason and I go to concerts all the time.  

He's such a HUGE music fan that we're always going somewhere in pursuit of music.  

I really enjoy most of the shows, though I can occasionally be found sleeping on a bench while he's still wide open at 4am.  

However, that was not the case on this random Monday night.

Football Day In America

We've really gotten into our Sunday afternoon routine; 

football jerseys after church!

G's throwing like Cam Newton.

My favorite is when he spots Mommy's jersey on tv and yells,

"Geeeeangelo Williams!"

That's the grand total of trick-or-treaters at our house for 

Halloween 2013. 

Whew! 

Double whew!  

I need a nap.  

G had a great time last night.  

He went trick or treating with his daddy and two of his buddies, 

then he went back out again with another friend and his family. 

For last night's festivities, he wanted to be a cowboy again.

...so he was!  

Earlier in the day, G wanted to be a fireman for the preschool party.  

I just love Halloween 'round here!!
