This is a fantastic dish - we even had leftovers on a weeknight.
...and we NEVER eat leftovers!
Completely unrelated, but I hate packing!
I'm only on the first leg of my trip and have NOTHING to wear.
I counted on exchanging boots yesterday, which didn't happen.
Boo Nordstrom Southpoint. :-(
And, as a result, I'm struggling.
