Weeknight Food Fair

I know that everybody has the same challenges when preparing weeknight meals.  

However, I do think my situation makes it a little more challenging; I don't get home til 9:00 on work nights.  

Who wants to cook at 9:00?  

So to help the problem, many of our weeknight meals involve a crockpot.  ...much to Jason's dismay.  
I really love the crockpot for simple weeknights, Jason's kinda over it.  
Sorry, husband!

This is my weeknight mantra.  

We had chicken and wild rice soup last night
...which I meant to take pictures of, but forgot.  
Take my word for it, it was yummy!
